Minimum one year experience in a call center which processes online orders only or any experience in a dark kitchen order processing center
Previous experience in high volume food restaurants for strong delivery brands
Proven track record of delivering initiatives which enhance the productivity of processing orders
Good understanding of third party delivery platforms/interfaces
Ability to resolve any guest complaints effectively
Awareness of available technology to assist the operation
Experience within dark kitchens
