Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy to foster a positive experience.
- Utilize active listening skills to fully understand customer needs, ensuring that all concerns are accurately captured and resolved.
- Efficiently navigate multiple software systems to retrieve customer information and process requests while maintaining conversation flow.
- Provide detailed product or service information, guiding customers through features and benefits to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in communications or business is a plus for enhanced understanding.
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French) are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting abilities for technical inquiries.
