Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Call Center Agent Objective:

Respond promptly to public inquiries and process requests (bookings, complaints, lost items, suggestions).

Duties:

• Courteous handling of incoming calls.

• Accurate entry of customer requests into the system.

• Dispatch taxis via system and voice messages.

• Guide drivers to pickup locations.

• Assist drivers with operational issues.

• Report suggestions to shift supervisors.

• Perform other assigned tasks
