Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services with enthusiasm and clarity.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required to kick start this role.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus, showcasing your ability to interact with customers.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating your familiarity with the industry.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, and fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
