Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily camp operations and accommodation facilities.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the camp.
Manage room allocation and occupancy records. Address residents' concerns and welfare issues. Coordinate with housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security teams. Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Prepare basic reports related to camp operations and occupancy.
Coordinate with HR/ PR departments whenever necessary
Previous experience in a facility management company preferred
Job Summary: The Female Camp Boss is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the female accommodation camp, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in camp administration, accommodation management, or a similar role. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). Ability to handle employee welfare matters professionally.
Gender: Female (required for supervision of female accommodation facilities).
