Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate dining room operations, ensuring seamless service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Train and mentor junior staff on menu knowledge, service techniques, and guest interaction to foster a skilled team.
- Engage with guests to personalize their dining experience, addressing specific needs or preferences with attentiveness.
- Monitor and manage table settings, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement to enhance the dining ambiance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or culinary education is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining or high-end casual restaurant settings.
- Proven experience as a waiter or in a supervisory role, showcasing leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
