Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure a flawless finish.
- Mix and match paint colors to meet customer specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every application.
- Apply primer and paint using spray guns or other equipment, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects, making necessary adjustments or reapplications to achieve perfection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive painting is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive painting or related field, showcasing a strong portfolio.
- Certification in automotive refinishing or related areas, demonstrating commitment to industry standards.
- Experience working with various paint types, including water-based and solvent-based products, is essential.
