Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the car wash operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth workflow by coordinating and scheduling staff.
  • Train and supervise car wash attendants to ensure quality service and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of car wash equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Track and analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve car wash operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • UAE driving license.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role in the car wash industry.
  • Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
