Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Perform exterior car washing, foam wash, and drying.

  2. Carry out interior cleaning: vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, stain removal, and odor treatment.

  3. Conduct polishing, buffing, and waxing using machines and hand tools.

  4. Apply ceramic coating, paint protection, and sealants (if your workshop offers these).

  5. Clean and restore headlights, trims, and engine bay (optional based on your services).

  6. Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality.

  7. Maintain detailing tools, chemicals, and equipment.

  8. Follow safety and chemical‑handling guidelines.

  9. Ensure workshop cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4+ years of experience in car wash, polishing, or detailing.

  • Ability to use polishing machines, foam cannons, vacuum cleaners, and detailing tools.

  • Knowledge of detailing chemicals, compounds, waxes, and coatings.

  • Understanding of paint correction and swirl‑removal techniques (advantage).

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced workshop.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
