Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in career counseling or a related advisory role.
- Strong understanding of career development theories and practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
- Ability to interpret psychometric assessments and career aptitude tests.
- Knowledge of job market trends, career information, and employment resources.
- High level of empathy and patience to support clients through challenging decisions.
- Proficiency in data management and maintaining detailed client records.
- Experience with organizing and conducting career-related workshops and events.
