• Coordinate with educational institutions to stay updated on courses and degree programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with employers to facilitate job placements and internships.
• Track clients' progress and provide ongoing support through career transitions.
• Stay informed on labor market trends, emerging industries, and employment practices.
• Facilitate connections between clients and mentorship or internship opportunities.
• Document clients' progress and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in career counseling or a related advisory role.
• Strong understanding of career development theories and practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
• Ability to interpret psychometric assessments and career aptitude tests.
• Knowledge of job market trends, career information, and employment resources.
• High level of empathy and patience to support clients through challenging decisions.
• Proficiency in data management and maintaining detailed client records.
• Experience with organizing and conducting career-related workshops and events.
