Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record patient health conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
  • Administer prescribed medications and assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the patient’s home.
  • Follow care plans and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a caregiver, nurse assistant, or similar role.
  • Certification in caregiving or nursing assistance (DHA/HAAD/MOH license preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
  • Ability to handle physical workload and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Must be currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
