Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Carpenter. If you have a passion for craftsmanship, dedication to quality, and a proactive approach to solving practical challenges, we welcome your application.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of carpentry tasks including new constructions, installations, repairs, and alterations to building interiors and exteriors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, timber, and alternative materials using a variety of hand and power tools..
- Ensure all finished carpentry work meets safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct assessments and repairs on existing wooden structures, identifying faults and recommending durable solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, serviceable condition and keep designated workspaces clean, organised, and secure.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a carpenter, joiner, or in a related building trade within commercial, residential, or hospitality environments.
- Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and health & safety legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing high quality, precise workmanship.
