Carpenter IFZA- FZCO

The role of a Carpenter involves constructing, repairing, and installing structures, and fixtures in our IFZA offices. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using hand and power tools, reading and interpreting blueprints, and working with a variety of materials. They should also be able to work efficiently and safely; and be able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to

understand project scope and requirements.

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using hand tools,

power tools, and carpentry equipment.

• Build and install structures and fixtures such as walls, partitions, stages,

platforms, cabinetry, doors, and custom furniture.

• Carry out fit-out and finishing work for private events, corporate functions, and

luxury spaces according to design requirements.

• Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards, on time, and within project

budgets.

• Follow all site safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe

working environment.

• Lead or guide junior carpenters or helpers when needed, ensuring best practices

are followed on-site.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area during all phases of

construction and setup.

• Perform additional tasks as required by the management team.
