Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct carpentry teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and quality control checks, guaranteeing precision and craftsmanship in all carpentry work.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating them into practical carpentry tasks for the team.
  • Manage material procurement and inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring timely availability of resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in a supervisory role (foreman or supervisor) within the construction, fit-out, Interior, joinery industry.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in reading shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

  • Practical Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with wood types, joinery production, furniture making, door installation, and finishing.

  • Tools: Familiarity with carpentry tools, power saws, joinery equipment.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead a team of carpenters, manage productivity, and ensure quality control

  • UAE license will be an added advantage

  • Indian Nationality

  • VISA status – UAE present candidate
