What You ll Do
- Process transactions for cash management products including clearing, remittances, deposits, loans, and PDCs
- Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, SLAs, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor and reconcile suspense and internal accounts, escalating issues as required
- Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers, including VIP clients
- Maintain confidentiality and safe custody of customer records and documents
- Participate in UAT for systems changes and support bank-wide initiatives
- Prepare SOPs, reports, and reconciliations for effective decision-making and audit compliance
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Support document archival, retrieval, and record management per department standards
- Handle queries from internal stakeholders and other banks to ensure timely resolution

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in cash management operations
- Strong knowledge of transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
