Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide information about play area activities, prices, and safety rules. Assist parents with registration, wristbands, and entry procedures. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Communicate with the play attendants and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Cashier Duties: Process customer payments accurately (cash, card, or digital). Issue tickets, receipts, and maintain proper transaction records. Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift. Report any discrepancies or technical issues with the POS system. Safety & Support: Ensure that all safety rules and policies are explained to customers before entry. Monitor child check-in/check-out procedures to ensure safety. Support the play area team with crowd management during peak hours.

Desired Candidate Profile

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or hospitality (experience in a kids’ entertainment center is an advantage).

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Friendly, patient, and able to work with children and families.

- Basic computer and POS system skills.

-Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.

-Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
