Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring quick service during busy periods.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers with product-related questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions with accuracy.
