• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions, providing change, and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and efficient during peak hours.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling transactions and orders.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, demonstrating the physical demands of the role.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus, enhancing customer service capabilities.
