Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily casting operations to ensure optimal productivity and quality standards.

  • Lead, train, and mentor casting team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain casting equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and prompt troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the casting area.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports on output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent shortages or delays.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of casting staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in casting operations, preferably within the food, beverage, or nutraceuticals industry.

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting.
  • Manufacturing and FMCG background is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools.
  • Excellent English Skills
  • SAP background is a must.
