Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect suspicious activities and ensure the safety of designated areas.
  • Maintain and operate surveillance equipment, ensuring all cameras are functional and positioned correctly.
  • Document and report incidents accurately, providing detailed descriptions and timestamps for investigative purposes.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and security personnel to provide video evidence as needed during incidents.
  • Conduct regular inspections of surveillance systems, troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating repairs.
  • Analyze recorded footage to identify trends in security breaches and recommend improvements to security protocols.
  • Create and maintain logs of daily activities, including equipment checks, incidents, and response actions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to surveillance and privacy, safeguarding confidential information.
  • Assist in developing emergency response plans, ensuring preparedness for various security scenarios.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in CCTV operation or security management preferred, demonstrating commitment to the field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or surveillance operations, showcasing hands-on expertise.
  • Experience in a high-security environment, such as banks or government facilities, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating various CCTV systems and related software, ensuring technical competence.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess footage critically and identify potential security threats.
  • Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, to report findings clearly to team members.
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide continuous surveillance coverage.
