• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems
• Use of surveillance equipment and techniques
• Monitoring & recording of surveillance cameras and responding to suspicious activities
• Maintaining accurate records of all surveillance activities.
• Coordinating with law enforcement and other emergency departments as needed
• Preparing incident reports and escalating security breaches to the security manager/supervisor.
• Following proper protocols and procedures in responding to alarms and other security alerts
