Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

CCTV Technician (CCTV & Network Commissioning)

Location & Travel: 100% field-based. Frequent travel to project sites (onshore/offshore)
Reports to: Service Delivery/Integration Manager

Purpose

Plan, lead and execute installation and commissioning of CCTV systems and network components; coordinate technicians, produce as-built documentation, and ensure system integrity to meet functional & safety requirements.

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom or Computer Engineering.
  • 1 - 3 years field experience in CCTV system installations, IP networking, and commissioning (NVR/VMS experience mandatory).
  • Hands-on knowledge of PoE, M12 connectorization, shield grounding best practice, and industrial Ethernet.
  • Familiarity with cameras/NVR, server basics, and Wired/Wireless Routers (Cisco / Nokia / etc).
  • Hands-on knowledge of PoE systems, ATEX/Ex-rated installations, and cable testing tools.
  • Capable of supervising mechanical mounting and lifting operations safely.
