Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare bakery items including breads, viennoiseries, and specialty products.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Assist in recipe development and production planning.
  • Ensure section readiness and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Coordinate tasks with Commis and support staff.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery, pastry, and chocolate.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in bakery operations.
  • Good English communication skills.
