Roles & Responsibilities
Innovate daily menus by incorporating seasonal and local ingredients, creating unique culinary experiences for guests.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring that each plate meets high standards of quality and aesthetics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume kitchens, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven track record in fine dining establishments, demonstrating expertise in upscale cuisine and presentation.
