We’re hiring a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Last-Mile Food Delivery & Mobility Dreevo is building a multi-vertical platform starting with food delivery and on-demand mobility, with a longer-term vision of expanding into additional verticals. We are currently in an early 0→1 stage, where core operational teams, processes, and marketplace mechanisms are still being established. We are looking for a senior operations leader who can build operations from the ground up and then scale them in a structured, disciplined way. This role is not about inheriting mature systems or large teams. It is about designing the initial operating model, setting up foundational processes, building the first operational teams, validating marketplace assumptions, and laying a strong base for long-term, multi-city and multi-vertical growth. As CEO, you will own end-to-end operations across food delivery and mobility. This includes marketplace balance (supply, demand, pricing, incentives), operational execution, service levels, performance metrics, and unit economics. In the early phase, the role requires a hands-on mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity. Over time, the scope will expand into scaling teams, systems, and processes across cities and regions. This is a full-time, Dubai-based role. We are open to candidates from any location, provided they are willing to relocate to Dubai. This is a senior, executive-level role, typically suited for leaders with 8+ years of overall experience and a strong track record of building and scaling operations in marketplace or last-mile environments. As a guideline, we are generally looking for 9–16+ years of experience in operations, including significant time in senior or regional leadership roles.
