Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain company in Riyadh, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable profitability, while navigating a highly competitive logistics and transportation market across Riyadh and the wider GCC region.

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires deep expertise in logistics and supply chain, proven business transformation experience, and the ability to lead a multicultural workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve long-term growth and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies within Qatar and the GCC.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize operations and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring high performance, quality, and compliance.
• Optimize processes to achieve cost efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
• Implement industry best practices and global standards across all operational areas.
• Deliver financial targets, P&L accountability, and cost management.
• Drive pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure cash flow and financial sustainability of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse leadership team and workforce.
• Build a performance-driven culture with strong emphasis on accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Qatar s legal and industry frameworks.
• Implement robust risk management frameworks for operational, financial, and reputational risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
