Overlooking and executing all communication matter within the office either internally or externally with developers or clients
Managing appointments and meeting of owners and managing their calendars
Managing all related adminstrative work like printing and editing documents and contracting
ensuring the look and feel of the premises according to compmay;s standardsreporting violations, threts to owenrs and associate headsManaging office supplies and needs
Filling of all company's related contracts and filesManaging all meetings and ensuring capture of minutes of meetings
Reporting attendance on monthly basis to accounting departmentperforming all needed market resreach and analysis tasks assigned to her on competition
