Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform CFD simulations for outdoor cooling, airflow, and microclimate analysis.
  • Assess thermal comfort indices (PMV, PPD, UTCI, WBGT) in line with ASHRAE and ISO standards.
  • Model and evaluate outdoor cooling solutions (evaporative cooling, misting, shading, natural ventilation).
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and sustainability teams on design integration.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Proven experience in CFD analysis with tools such as ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or STAR-CCM+.
  • Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and psychrometrics.
  • Familiarity with thermal comfort standards (ASHRAE 55, ISO 7730).
  • Experience in outdoor cooling or microclimate projects preferred.
