Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial operations, delivering accurate and timely information.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships with senior management, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Advise on fiscal management, budget formulation, and financial strategies.
  • Deliver financial reports and ensure budget accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop policies, controls, and systems for commercial success.
  • Shape and direct the Finance Department's operational direction.
  • Monitor cash flow, foreign exchange, and debt requirements.
  • Advise the Board on funding needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as CFO or equivalent.
  • Oil & Gas industry and Big 4 accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong financial management track record in complex environments.
  • Integrity, analytical skills, and knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Leadership abilities to manage financial teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and long-term financial planning expertise.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and risk management.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
