Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and drive performance improvements.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the organization meets its financial obligations while optimizing working capital.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, utilizing advanced modeling techniques to anticipate market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred to demonstrate advanced business acumen.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a relevant industry.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are essential to validate expertise in financial regulations and practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is crucial for adapting to rapidly changing business landscapes.
