Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Change Management strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate communication & training for new initiatives.
  • Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Monitor system performance & report on indicators.
  • Ensure project success by boosting employee adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 10+ years in Oil & Gas, with specific experience in project change management for ADNOC projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Skills: Project Management, IT Solutions, Application Dev, Risk Management, Communication, Problem-solving.
  • Certifications : ACMP, Prosci (Change Management), Business Analysis.
