The Channel Account Manager (CAM) will manage the strategic and day to day relationship with named channel partners at all levels from C level executives, to sales, pre sales, business management and procurement. The CAM utilises these relationships to have credible conversations and gain commitment and drives, manages, motivates and enables appropriate lines within the partners to promote Forcepoint as the default vendor.
A key component of this role is to understand each of the partners business motivators such as addressable markets, reward and recognition plans as well as commercial expectations. The Channel Account Manager ensures that the business plan aligns to these motivations with key Forcepoint messaging around core solutions such as Email, Web and DLP. The Channel Account Manager reports to the Channel Sales Director delivering strategic business plans and driving to achievement both individual teams and company business revenue target.
