Purpose:
Role will provide administrative and support to the team which will include data collection, analysis and support with preparation of sales report. This role is also expected to provide administrative and logistical support to the team during events and conferences.
Key Accountabilities:

Carry out assigned tasks in providing administrative support, employing broad and deep skills or knowledge of a range of processes, procedures and systems pertinent to the team supported.

Produce reports, coordinate and inform of meetings, support sales teams with date, communicate with credit control and credit risk team.

Collect, consolidate and upload regional sales data and distributers data to CRM and share with Sales teams. Keep track of Distributors performance and pipeline and share results, on a monthly basis.

Work autonomously within established procedures and practices, employing judgment based on on-the-job experience or understanding of underlying work principles

Keen focus on the accuracy, quality and timeliness of work to help deliver on effectiveness of the team

Coordinate and arrange activities of the supervisor or manager (e.g., schedule appointments, maintain calendar, distribute agenda, arrange for and/or set up audio-visual needs, plan meeting).

Gather and arrange materials and relevant information for supervisor s or manager s use, and develop presentation materials using PC applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and other graphic applications, as required)

Utilize various PC software packages such as spread sheets, word processing, graphics, etc., to provide high quality presentations, reports, and other documents

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Competencies
Essential:

Ability to compile, analyse and report sales and channel work related data.

Good in generating and pulling data from Oracle system

Creating dashboard

Following with Channel partners

Creating sales report
Education, Qualifications & Training
Essential:

Bachelor Degree graduate

Fluency in English

Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Keen learner

Good attention to detail

Ability to work in effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Excellent MS Office skills (specifically Ms Excel)

Excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels.

Team player and leader with ability to delegate tasks to third parties.
