Responsibilities :
1. Design the monthly sales plan for his division in cooperation with the sales supervisors and within the guide lines set by the sales Director
2. Recommend to the sales Director sales plans & Strategies, policies and procedures related to achieving all set targets
3. Reports Market intelligence & Sales Team s performance to the Sales Director
4. Achieve targets (Sales and Collection) as set with sales management in accordance with the company s annual sales plan
5. Supervises the day to day operation of the Channel, to ensure that all company policies and procedures are respected
6. Ensures that supervisors and sales representatives are relaying the image of the company in the best way, by promoting the company s portfolio in a professional way to ensure proper distribution & penetration
7. Monitors the proper & effective merchandising and pricing of the company s portfolio in his Channel by conducting regular market visits
8. Controls the performance of his sales force through the comparison of actual vs. target, and advise ASM s / supervisors in terms of guidelines and coaching
9. Provide on the job training to the sales supervisors and sales representatives and assist them in solving problems with clients, as well as, issues with other departments within the company
10. Follows-up on accounts receivables in coordination with the sales supervisors and credit, and handles the cases of delayed payments
11. Conducts quarterly KPI s for all channel s sales team
12. Ensures all business agreement are finalized on time & properly executed
13. Maintains good relations with other departments such as credit / billing and operations
14. Implements and controls marketing visibility campaigns or marketing plans
15. Extracts all needed information concerning sales, distribution of sales team to highlight progress of total business
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or marketing or related field.
- 5 years experience in the FMCG field 3 of which ought to be at a managerial level.

- Languages: Arabic, English (French is a plus)
- Computer literacy: MS windows applications (Essential: Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint)
