Description Job Title: Charge Nurse
Department: Nursing
Reports to: Head Nurse
Job Summary:
* Assesses unit needs and available resources for current and incoming shifts.
* Facilitate patient care needs.
* Assesses implements and evaluates quality of care.
* Mentors and precepts to all Nursing Staff including trainees and students.
* Directs patient care by working as a team leader and a team member.
* Act on behalf of or in the absence of Head Nurse

Requirements Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited school.
Current license of practice from country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a Specialist.
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years post registration experience, at least two (2) years must be spent in the relevant specialty.
- Successfully completes generic and unit specific competencies in the designated area of specialty.
