Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities as an Inpatient Ward Nurse specifically in Oncology.
  • Support patients and families by providing education on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient assessments and contribute to the evaluation of treatment effectiveness.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance oncology nursing knowledge and skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in Oncology as Senior Nurse/ Incharge/ Team Lead, including chemotherapy administration exposure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in oncology - Inpatient/ General Ward.
  • Knowledge of chemotherapy administration and oncology patient care protocols.
