Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Chargehand / Foreman in the HVAC production department who will be responsible for overseeing daily floor activities, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth workflow and quality output in line with production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC production workers on the shop floor.
  • Allocate manpower and materials efficiently to meet daily production targets.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Support the team with hands-on technical guidance when required.
  • Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and Planning team for daily job allocation and timelines.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity among labour staff.
  • Ensure equipment and tools are properly used and maintained.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing / ducting / fabrication.
  • Strong leadership and manpower handling skills.
  • Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and work instructions.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills in English or Hindi.
  • Practical knowledge of resource allocation, work sequencing, and quality checks.
  • Preference will be given to candidates currently available in the UAE.
