Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by maintaining a clean, well-maintained vehicle and adhering to traffic regulations.
- Plan and navigate efficient routes using GPS and local traffic information to minimize travel time while ensuring timely arrivals.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other personal items, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of all passengers, ensuring a trustworthy and secure environment during travel.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs to guarantee optimal vehicle performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating passenger needs and addressing any concerns that may arise during the journey.
- Stay updated on local events, weather conditions, and road closures to provide proactive communication and alternative routes.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate last-minute schedule changes or urgent travel requests from clients.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the area, including landmarks and popular destinations, to enhance the passenger’s experience.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and expenses to ensure efficient operational management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations to ensure compliance and safety during all trips.
- Fluency in English
