Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, building relationships with local suppliers to ensure peak flavor and sustainability.
  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of cuisines, from elegant fine dining to comforting family meals, with impeccable execution.
  • Manage the kitchen's inventory, ensuring efficient stock control and minimizing waste, optimizing resources for peak efficiency.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized kitchen environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Collaborate with household staff, coordinating meal service seamlessly and providing clear instructions for food presentation.
  • Handle all aspects of meal planning, from initial concept to final plating, creating memorable dining experiences.
