Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes from Asian and Arabic cuisines.

• Ensure consistency and quality in all food preparation and presentation.

• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and stock management.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Create innovative menu items while maintaining authentic flavors.

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and operates efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, with a focus on Asian and Arabic cuisines.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary arts.

• Immediate availability to join.

• UAE experience is a plus.
