Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare high-quality dishes and maintain Aunt Bethany’s food standards. • Develop menu items and ensure consistent food presentation. • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including hygiene and safety compliance. • Manage inventory, order supplies and minimize waste. • Train and supervise kitchen staffs. • Ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
• Assist the Chef in food preparation (cutting, cleaning, marinating, portioning). • Support with cooking and plating dishes. • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow sanitation guidelines. • Assist with inventory, storage and organizing workstations. • Perform basic kitchen duties as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Chef or Senior Kitchen role. • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP). • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous kitchen experience preferred. • Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene. • Willingness to learn and follow instructions. • Good teamwork and Time Management Skills.
