Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Shawarma (chicken and meat) and complementary mezze dishes.

Contribute to menu development.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Oversee daily kitchen operations efficiently.

Maintain high standards in taste, presentation and portion control.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Shawarma chef (marination, stacking, slicing and presentation).
  • Experience in Lebanese cuisine and mezze is a strong plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
  • Willingness to relocate abroad (Southeastern Europe).

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should be experienced, passionate and creative, with a strong understanding of authentic shawarma preparation and a good knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and mezze is an added value.
