Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Shawarma (chicken and meat) and complementary mezze dishes.
Contribute to menu development.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Oversee daily kitchen operations efficiently.
Maintain high standards in taste, presentation and portion control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shawarma chef (marination, stacking, slicing and presentation).
- Experience in Lebanese cuisine and mezze is a strong plus.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
- Willingness to relocate abroad (Southeastern Europe).
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should be experienced, passionate and creative, with a strong understanding of authentic shawarma preparation and a good knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and mezze is an added value.
