Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical experiments and analyses to support research and development projects.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to protocols.
• Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing and analysis.
• Record and analyze data accurately using appropriate lab software and documentation practices.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for new and existing testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all lab operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior lab staff and interns as needed.
• Participate in lab meetings and provide updates on ongoing projects and experiments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with lab equipment and experimental protocols.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, research papers, and presentations.
• Stay current with advancements in chemistry and laboratory technologies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field is required.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and chemical analysis methods.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, including spectrometers and chromatographs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate results.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
