Is responsible for conducting the project s presentations on time and responsible for promoting product and services to potentials and customers and negotiate contract with the aim of maximizing profits.
- Conducting meetings with clients in order to establish the project s timetable and technicalities to be included in the presentations within the necessary due date
- Set-up meetings with potential clients and investigate their requirements and concerns;
- Providing any technical assistance to clients
when needed
- Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets,
- Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals.
- Develop and maintain a sales forecast to help analyses market conditions and/or changes in assigned territory for maximum productivity and sales growth.
- Reporting to the CEO or CTO for any technical or product issue or mistakes confront the clients
- Generate profitable sales orders.
- Completes sales call and expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy.
- Use and update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data;
- Follow up the collections payments (cash, to check out, checks)
- Follows-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution
- Following up on clients to make sure the product received according to the timetable
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conference, workshops
- Use and update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data;
- Follow up the collections payments (cash, to check out, checks)
- Follows-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution
