Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all business units and subsidiaries, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and controls.

Drive performance against KPIs, ensuring operational governance and compliance.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead on new initiatives and expansion readiness, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Collaborate with the Audit Committee to manage operational risk.

Provide clear, timely reports for the Board and Committees on performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master s or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum seven years senior operational experience with a strong track record in execution and performance delivery.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to connect operational outcomes to shareholder value.
  • Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams and complex organisational structures.
  • Communicate professionally in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
