About the Role
As part of the Executive Team, you will be responsible in overseeing the different hotel businesses and work with the Hotel Operators/Management to maximize each asset's full potential in the areas of revenue generation, net operating income, employee engagement, guest satisfaction, capital investment, planning, and asset preservation.
This opportunity accepts candidates with:
• Bachelor's degree/Masters degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management in a reputable institution.
• With a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Hospitality, Construction, and Real Estate Management industries.
• Must have relevant experience in Contract Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Operations Management, Budget Development with oversight, Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Excellent Communication skills (English), Arabic speaking is highly desirable.
