  • Implement child-led, curiosity-driven learning models that evolve as the children grow
  • Organize field trips, outdoor play, and experiential learning opportunities
  • Create and maintain portfolios documenting learning progress using photos, notes, and reflections
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and emotionally responsive learning environment
  • Guide children through emotional moments with patience and attunement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Academic background in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with children ages 3 6 in both academic and play settings
  • Knowledge or experience in unschooling, homeschooling, or alternative education models
  • Familiar with attachment-based parenting or behavioral therapy principles
  • Emotionally attuned, patient, and confident in supporting children through emotional regulation
  • Enjoys messy play, outdoor games, storytelling, and hands-on activities
  • Bonus: Experience working with neurodivergent children or those with sensory differences
  • Candidates with Colombian nationality are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (Arabic and/or Spanish is plus)
  • Strong observational and communication skills
  • Based in Dubai
  • Flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Supportive and respectful family environment
  • Creative freedom to design meaningful, child-centered learning journeys
  • Opportunities for professional growth in alternative education
  • Flexible and balanced work schedule
