Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of technicians and helpers involved in chiller works.
Plan and assign tasks related to installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of chillers.
Ensure proper operation of air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems.
Monitor work progress and ensure completion within deadlines.
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and other trades.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on-site.
Maintain records of work progress, materials, and manpower.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / HVAC or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC/chiller systems.
Strong knowledge of chiller installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to lead a team and manage site activities.
Good understanding of safety standards and procedures.
Basic communication and reporting skills.
