Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Patient assessment:Listen to patient concerns, review medical history, and perform physical exams, including reflex and posture tests, to identify problems.
  • Diagnosis:Use diagnostic tools like X-rays or ultrasounds to understand and diagnose neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
  • Treatment:Perform spinal adjustments and other chiropractic techniques to relieve pain and improve function. Use other therapeutic techniques such as massage, hot and cold compresses, and exercises.
  • Treatment planning:Develop personalized treatment plans and provide patients with at-home care recommendations for exercises, nutrition, and lifestyle improvements.
  • Record-keeping:Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient data, conditions, and treatment sessions.
  • Collaboration and referral:Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
  • Continuing education:Stay current with developments in chiropractic care by attending conferences and workshops.
