Key tasks
Accesses all functions of computer system according to established procedures and standards
Sets up work station with necessary supplies, maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
Keeps the CID system in-house list accurate with a discrepancy,
Inputs all required guest data into the local CID System as per local laws,
Processes room changes expediently in the CID system,
Sends messages to and follows up with guests to obtain missing information and documents,
Coordinates on a daily basis with Front Office Receptionist/GSA to ensure that all required information about daily events are provided,
Ensures all events are registered in the CID system according to local requirements,
Coordinates on a daily basis with HR PRO with regards to employees documentation for CID purposes,
Ensures all employees are entered into the system as part of CID regulations compliance,
Handles hand over from previous shift,
Assists Front Desk with administrative tasks,
Promotes positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Front Desk,
Accommodates all guest requests in a congenial manner,
Handles guest opportunities following the problem resolution process and ensuring guest satisfaction,
Updates guest profile in Opera in a timely manner.
Maintains complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental polices and procedures.
Carry out any other task given by his superiors.
